Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Kashi.mov does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, and does not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

You therefore do not need to opt out, because there is nothing to opt out of. If our practices change, this page will be updated and you will see a new option here.

Your other rights under California law

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you (see our privacy policy).
• Access a copy of that information (Settings → Export data).
• Delete your information (Settings → Delete account).
• Correct inaccurate information (contact us at the address below).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any right not available in-app, contact privacy@kashi.mov. We will respond within 45 days.

Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorisation and verification of your identity before processing the request.
